1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process

• Contact details: name, phone and, if you provide it, email.
• Service details: pickup and delivery addresses, floor and lift, date and time, what is being moved, how many loaders are needed.
• Communications: the content of your conversation on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or the web form, including photos and voice messages you send and their transcription into text.
• Service report: loading and unloading photos, start and finish marks, and the signature confirming the service.
• Technical site data: IP address and browsing data needed to run and protect the website.

3. Why we use it

• To quote and organise your transport.
• To contact you about the order and warn you about changes.
• To document delivery (photo report and signature) and resolve disputes.
• To monitor service quality and improve our work.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform the contract and take steps at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): you contact us in order to book a service.

Quality control and site security rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not ask for separate consent to handle your request, because the data is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

5. Who we share it with

• The carrier partner performing your job: name, phone and addresses — the minimum needed to carry out the move.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business): the channel when you write to us on WhatsApp.
• OpenAI: message text, for translation and for the assistant handling first enquiries. This involves a transfer to the United States.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, database and storage of report photos.
• Resend: sending service emails.
• OpenStreetMap / OSRM: address checking and route calculation.
• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

6. International transfers

Some providers (OpenAI, Meta, Cloudflare) process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. These transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the additional safeguards those providers offer.

7. How long we keep it

• Service report photos are deleted automatically after 6 months.
• Order and billing records are kept for the periods required by Spanish law.
• Conversations are kept while they are needed to deliver the service and handle possible claims.

8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within the legal deadline.

If you believe we handled your request incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

9. Cookies

We only use the technical cookies needed for the site to work. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will ask for your consent through a banner first.
