Removals Mislata at Valencia prices: Mislata is essentially an extension of the city, and we work here every day at the same urban rate — no travel surcharge. Van with driver: €55/h (minimum 2 hours); loaders: €20/h per person. With a lift, carrying to your floor is included; without a lift, we take the floor and the stairs into account in the quote, with no extra charges on the day.
Mislata borders Valencia directly — arrival time is 10–20 minutes. We arrange flat removals, furniture delivery from shops, house clearance, and man-and-van services at exactly the same rates as in Valencia.
Mislata has 47,079 residents (INE, 2025) in barely 2 km²: the council itself describes it as one of the most densely populated municipalities in Spain. Finding space for the van is the tricky part.
The municipal emergency plan divides Mislata into eight districts: El Quint, El Salt, Almassil, Favara, Centro, La Cruz, La Morería and La Paz, the last one on the other side of the V-30. Avenida Gregorio Gea is the town’s pedestrian axis, so unloading there is done from nearby streets.

From Valencia’s Plaza del Ayuntamiento to Mislata Town Hall it is about 4.9 km and around 9 minutes without traffic, entirely on city streets such as Avenida del Cid. Mislata has direct access to the V-30. Mislata and Mislata-Almassil metro stations serve lines 3, 5 and 9.
For a move without closing the street, Mislata Council uses form POL-001. You pay the fee plus a €60 deposit per sign. Signs are collected from the depot at C/ Felipe Bellver 10, Monday to Friday 14:00–14:30 (13:30–14:00 from 1 June to 15 October), and must be put up at least 48 hours in advance. Afterwards, the list of parked number plates is handed to the Local Police.

Mislata has no fixed recycling centre of its own: the nearest EMTRE ones are in Xirivella and València–Vara de Quart, and a mobile unit sets up in Plaza Príncipe de Asturias. For council collection, furniture may be left by the bins only on the nights of Sunday to Monday, Tuesday to Wednesday and Thursday to Friday, from 22:00 to 8:00; outside those times fines apply.
