Prices are approximate. The final price is set by us based on the volume and weight of the load, loading and unloading conditions and the length of the route.
What's included in the clearance
Clutter is bagged up and boxes, small items and rubbish built up over the years are carried out. You just point out what stays and what goes.
The loaders bring down heavy unwanted furniture and appliances (fridges, washing machines, sofas, mattresses) from any floor and load them into the van.
Wood, metal, plastic and appliances are separated for recycling at the Punto Limpio (municipal recycling centre); electrical items go into their own recycling stream.
Once everything is out, the property is left swept and clear, and the landing and lift are swept too.
Inherited homes and relatives’ flats, handing back the keys of a rental, a flat before renovation or sale, packed storage rooms and garages, shops and offices closing down. Clear the whole place or just a few rooms.
1) Send us photos or a short video of each room on WhatsApp, plus the floor and whether there’s a lift. 2) We send you an estimate. 3) We confirm the price in writing before the job. 4) On the agreed day the flat is cleared and you pay when it’s done.
The volume (how many van trips), the floor and lift, the distance from the entrance to where the van can park, whether wardrobes or beds need dismantling, and how many loaders are needed. With a lift, carrying down is included; without a lift, we take the floor and the stairs into account in the quote, with no extra charges on the day.
Small storage room on a housing estate (paint, buckets and odds and ends, van + 1 loader): €142.86 in October 2026. Removal of several pieces of furniture after a renovation in Gandía (sofa, double bed and more): €350. These are amounts from completed orders; your price depends on volume and access.
